There are a few things you'd think wouldn't have survived into 2018, in 'developed' countries at least, things like racism, deep fried lard, and one or two of our world leaders. I think fur is one of those things. Aside from the fact that it's just f*cking weird to mince around wearing another animals' packaging, the furs sourcing is famously unethical.
According to an article by Vogue, Versace VP Donatella Versace is discontinuing the use of real fur in her products. so I suppose we should be thanking her?
Well at least she's following the likes of Gucci and Armani down the right path, hopefully more of these brands will follow suit... keep watching!
